If you don't want to be mauled to death by a wild animal... STAY THE FUCK OUT OF THE WILDERNESS! It's shit like this (particularly the last paragraph in the article) that is really starting to piss me off. Why is it that every time some dumb fuck goes out into the woods and gets attacked and/or killed by something out there. it's somehow the animal's fault and they gotta be euthanized because they're "dangerous". Such utter bullshit! What gives us the right to protect our living space by any means necessary and deny that right to all the other lifeforms on this planet? If some uninvited stranger wandered into someone's home and got his face blown off with a shotgun for doing so, no one would so much as bat a fucking eyelid; it happens everyday. Why are we the only Beings to whom that liberty applies? Dumb fuck wanders into unwelcome territory, Dumb fuck becomes Dead fuck. End of story. Now to be fair, i could understand the reaction if this happened on human turf and while i wouldn't necessarily like this drastic of a measure, i would probably not have a conniption over it -- but it didnt. So here's a thought: Perhaps a place wherein one could be shredded into confetti at any moment by it's rightly natural occupants isn't the wisest of places to fucking go and we as humans need to start taking our consequences as lessons to abide by rather than situations to try and cheat our way out of or accountabilities to try and dodge rather than own. -End Rant-
P.S. I forgot to mention that neither of the two animals that were shot to death by authorities in retaliation for this attack showed any signs of having taken part in it and they're still out hunting around for more, so they've apparently just opted to start shooting fucking everything. What a bunch of motherfuckers!

Just got back from Dacia's. Finally met her mom Annette!. She was awesome. They go to New Orleans (where her mom was born and raised) every year for Mardi Gras and invited me for this coming February, so that will be cool. The last one i went to was like 12 or 13 years ago. When Dacia said she was half french i didn't realize she meant Creole. Along with also being Czech and Hungarian, that is a very bizarre heritage haha. Her mom still has the accent, and also still speaks Creole. Apparently her own parents don't like to speak english much, from what she mentioned. So that's really cool. Not too many people speak it anymore. I despise southern dialects, but Louisiana's (more specifically, new orleans') has never bothered me. Most of the others irritate the absolute fuck out of me though, especially florida's and georgia's. I had to listen to that shit for 12 years. There is no easier way to hear someone murder the english language than just to go to georgia and listen to them morons speak. It's nauseating. Trust me. So yeah, Dacia just called me and apparently her mom liked me. Must not have made too much of an ass of myself haha. |
